Empowering women through entrepreneurship

Changing social norms, improving gender equality and giving women economic independence is some of our main focus areas. Our interventions focus on providing financial access combined with business training, mentorship and networking while addressing key psychological, social, and skills constraints on female entrepreneurs.

In our latest project funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we provided employment opportunities for 50 young men and women. One of our new startups is owned by 4 strong female entrepreneurs that have established a small beauty shop selling cosmetics. They aspire to expand their new business by providing beauty treatments in the future.
