One solution – many actors

YEEL will together with 8 local partners and the private sector provide jobs to the youth from the displacement affected communities (DACs).  

Our partners are:

  2. Ministry of Employment, Social Affairs and Family
  3. Community Committees
  4. SONYO (largest umbrella organisation for youth-led organisations) 
  5. Chamber of Commerce (DACs representatives) 
  6. Puntland Development and Research Center (PDRC) 
  7. iRise
  8. Iftiin Foundation
  9. Siraad Initiative
  10. Private sector

YEEL’s approach focus on strengthening overall cooperation and complementarity by leveraging synergies between the different stakeholders. This means that each partner use their insight and strengths to best support the youth and local communities. At the same time, each partner must reflect on and see their own contribution in connection with other interventions and stakeholders.
