YEEL supports Somali youth with job connection and entrepreneurship opportunities

Entrepreneurship

YEEL creates better livelihood opportunities to the many unemployed and displaced youth by providing entrepreneurship training, seed funding and long-term business support.

Job connection

YEEL offers a unique job readiness program to the youth to ensure that they are fully prepared to successfully make the transition from graduation to employment.

Mental health support

Mental health issues serve as barriers for employment. For this reason, YEEL offers mental health counselling to the displaced youth to reduce the impact of their mental trauma.

About YEEL

Youth Economic Empowerment and Leadership (YEEL) helps marginalised young men and women in all Somali regions reach their full potential.

We do this by providing job readiness and entrepreneurship training combined with seed funding, mentorship, psychosocial consulting and long-term support.
